10. Can somebody else use my Global Privilege card?

No. Global Privilege is a personal membership. Friends and family can apply on-line by clicking here.

 
 


11. What should I do if I have lost my Global Privilege Card?

Report your membership cards loss with your nearest police station either by post the report slip to us (click here for address) or fax it to +603-2148 5022.

 
 


12. Can I still get the benefit if I check in without presenting my Global Privilege card?

No. If the member is unable to present their membership card, the discount/benefit cannot be given.

14. When should I place the reservation?

·Peak Season Minimum 1 month before your arrival date
·Low Season Minimum 4 days before your arrival date.

To avoid “no-show” penalty charge.
